Veterans Coaching Project is the premier empowerment program for military veterans of all eras who have served honorably in the US Armed Forces, including spouses and caregivers. Using the power of Coaching and Technology, we connect America's Veterans to accurate information in the marketplace – and help them make faster, smarter decisions about their future.

But that’s not where our mission ends. We have developed a robust coaching development program to create cutting edge coaching techniques that will contribute to the advancement and growth of the coaching industry. Our ongoing collaboration with like minded organizations will ensure that together our work will change the world.

Forging active and mutually-beneficial alliances with businesses, organizations and private citizens ensures that our efforts on behalf of veterans will result in greater veteran opportunities. VCP, therefore, is energetically engaged in establishing business to business partnerships, identifying and/or helping create internships, forming organizational alliances and strengthening our affiliations with key players in the community that are committed to assisting our service members during their transition from military service and beyond.

Advocacy: Community Outreach

We will always initiate and coordinate veterans’ lobbying in order to raise community awareness of veterans’ causes, gain greater veterans’ resources and provide a liaison between the veterans’ community and the government.

We will remain deeply involved in community outreach initiatives, aimed at providing a more positive environment for veterans in the community and for improving veteran educational and employment opportunities.

Our entire organization is structured around full and ongoing service to the veteran – everything from finding employment opportunities, acculturating the veteran to the business environment, providing acculturation training to employers, arranging ongoing mentorships, and providing ongoing counseling and coaching to our veterans.

We know that the employment process does not end with the hiring of a veteran. This is why we also provide the option of continual monitoring, coaching and counseling of the veterans placed with employers. This ensures that problems are resolved promptly and successfully, and additional growth and developmental opportunities are recognized, and continuously addressed.
